Information such as your title, name, home address, delivery address (if different from home address), payment method, card details (if card is used to make payment), date of birth, and telephone number are collected when you make a purchase on our website. We also collect information on the details of your purchase, such as the time and date it was made, and the products purchased by you.
Some or all of the information listed in (1) above are collected when we carry out occasional surveys. In addition, we collect information that tells us how you use our site, and may also ask for sensitive information such as your racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or other beliefs, and your physical condition (e.g. pregnancy, disability, etc.).
Information on what you view, click on, and/or access through our website and marketing emails and messages. This includes information on where you came to our website from, and where you went to when you left it. We also track how often you visit our website through email and website cookies.
Technical information about the devices you use to access our websites and mobile apps. We specifically save each device’s unique identifying codes (MAC address or IMEI number) device model, device name, relevant IP address, operating system and version, web browser and version, and geographic location.
Your social media information where this is stored in the public domain, and any messages you send directly to us on social media. This information include posts, comments, pictures and videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. You should always review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of the social media that you use to make sure you understand what kind of information relating to you may be in their public domain and how you can stop or limit it from happening.
Information from banking, credit card and credit reference agencies to verify any payment card you use when shopping with us. This helps us to ensure that we will be paid for transactions, to detect reported stolen cards, and to reduce the risk of fraud.
Information collected independently by online advertising networks where we place advertisements. This information usually summarises the actions of many people, and so does not allow us to identify you individually. It relates to what you view, click on and access through websites in the advertising network, including the subject matter of the site you started at and which sites you go to after that. It may also include the network’s analysis of your online behaviour across the wider internet and a profile of you. If you’re not happy about this, you should look for ‘Settings’ and ‘Do Not Track options in online advertisements’ in the privacy and cookies functions on your computer devices. You should also consider changing your settings to block third-party cookies. Jéjé Online Market does not control these cookies and we suggest you check these third-party websites for more information about the cookies they use and how you can manage them.
