Jéjé Online Market makes every effort to display product descriptions as accurately as possible. This includes product price (quoted in Nigerian Naira and inclusive of VAT), colour, weight, and size, among others. However, we do not guarantee that these descriptions will be exact on delivery, or that other content on this website is accurate, error-free or complete. In addition, we regularly update product descriptions according to changing market conditions.
If you are not happy with the possible difference between the product delivered and that which appeared on the website, you have the option to return it unused and without the seal broken. The return of items shall be in accordance with the Returns Policy stated in these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product description, including price and promotion, have been erroneously stated or is outdated. Also, some products and promotions may not be available in some locations.
When placing an order, please ensure that the relevant details and information are correct before confirming it. Once you have confirmed your order and checked out you will not be able to make any changes to the order on our website. Cancellations and changes to orders after check out can only be made by making a phone call to our Customer Care Service in less than 6 hours after the order was made online for next-day deliveries, and in less than 1 hour after the order was made online for same day deliveries. If you call to cancel your order or to make changes after these stated timeframes, we may not be able to effect those changes, and you will be required to pay for the original order you made.
You may be asked to provide additional information, including but not limited to your phone number and address, before we accept your order. Jéjé Online Market reserves the right to refuse an order in (but not limited to) the following instances:
where payment cannot be authorized;
where there is misrepresentation of, or outdated product description; and
where the order cannot be delivered at the time requested by you.
We will contact you in the above instances or other situations where we cannot proceed with your order. In instances where we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled where we are unable to contact you. In this instance, if you have already paid for the order you will receive a full refund.
If you successfully place an order on our website we will send you an acknowledgement email which will include your delivery code. You or your proxy should present this code to our delivery staff at the point of delivery.
You agree to pay the full price for all Products you purchase from this website. Jéjé Online Market reserves the right to charge extra charges for your credit, debit card or other payment card for any products purchased from this website. You agree to be responsible for the timely payment of all fees by the time of delivery.
Jéjé Online Market aims to provide the best quality goods and great customer service for every purchase made from us. You are required to check the goods delivered to see if they match the product descriptions and are not damaged before you sign the delivery and receipt form at the time of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products with your money fully refunded to you subject to the following condition: if the products purchased are considered to still be in a brand new condition and have not been tampered with, after examination by a Jéjé Online Market staff. However, money paid for products on sale or promotion will not be refunded.
Items that have not been damaged or tampered with, and have their seals and tags intact can be returned at a full refund by contacting us at returns. Note that returns and refunds can only be made if you contact us with a proof of purchase and within a period of 3 hours from the time of delivery for perishable items and within 48 hours from the time of delivery for other items. Once the right to return is not exercised within the stated period, the Company reserves the discretion to accept or decline a return.
Note also that if returns are not due to a mistake on the part of Jéjé Online Market (e.g. incorrect delivery), you will bear the cost of shipping or delivery charges for returns. Where you are eligible for refunds, you will receive your money within a period of 5 working days from the date that Jéjé Online Market received the returned goods.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
We aim to deliver all orders between 1pm and 7pm from Monday to Saturday. Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the time order was made. However, there are no deliveries on Sunday, so standard orders made on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Please note that we will not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver goods at the above stated time frames.
Same day delivery can be made at an additional fee, and conditional on the order being made before 12 noon of the same day.
We will communicate the estimated time of delivery to you at least 5 hours before the time for standard delivery, and at least 3 hours before the time for same day delivery. We would also confirm the convenience of the estimated time with you before delivery. You are to ensure that either you or your proxy is present at the delivery address at the agreed time, and you or your proxy will be required to sign as acknowledgement of receipt.
If no one is not at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, our delivery staff will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes at your delivery address before leaving. We will then contact you to resolve the situation and another attempt to deliver MAY be made at our convenience, and at an additional delivery charge.
Please note that live produce will only be delivered to customer’s home residence. Also note that we will not be able to change your delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
Jéjé Online Market respects your privacy and will take reasonable care and precaution to protect your personal information to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
By visiting our website directly or through another website, you accept the practices described in this Policy. We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you. We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. You may visit the website and browse without having to provide personal details unless you want to order items.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICITON
The Terms and Conditions of Jéjé Online Market shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws in Nigeria.
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Nigeria in English and governed by Nigeria law pursuant to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time.
The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Nigeria and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the website reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
Unless otherwise stated, the services and products on our website are delivered only in Abuja. Therefore, if you choose to access this website from any location other than Abuja, Jéjé Online Market is not liable for supply of goods that you order.
